| L & W Insurance is an independent insurance agency that was founded in 1932 by opening the original office in Milford, DE. Business was conducted out of the Milford office until 1970 when the main office was moved to it's current location 1154 South Governors Ave. Dover, DE 19904.
Today under the leadership of William Strickland, Andrew Cousins, George Geier and a professional, dedicated staff, L & W has grown to one of the largest independent agencies in Delaware. This growth is due to the guiding principle of providing the absolute best service to our most important asset OUR CUSTOMERS.
